Zipcar Square One Innovation Challenge
CHALLENGE: How to market and commercially launch Zipcar outside of the United States?
Over 2 months, our team from 5 different nationalities worked on a strategy and business development consulting project for Zipcar, the world's car-sharing leader. As graduate consultants from Hult International Business School (London Campus), we conducted primary and secondary research in London and in Europe, developed and delivered two corporate presentations applying academic knowledge, and successfully developed a final proposal to the EMEA executive team.
Our final strategic proposal was focused on how to change the current membership model into a new and revolutionary one. We won the pitch and received congratulations from the ZipCar executive team for our deep analysis of the market and for our outstanding insights and solutions.
